The Need-to-Know Before You Go

We can’t wait to see you at MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre! Here’s what to expect when you visit us. As a reminder, there will be NO OUTSIDE LAWN CHAIRS permitted into the venue. Lawn Chairs are available to rent, subject to availability. *Keep an eye on our website and social media handles, as guidelines are subject to change.

COME RAIN AND/OR SHINE
The show will go on whatever the weather. Unless it’s looking extra gnarly. Check our socials for any changes.

GATE TIMES
You can usually roll up 60-90 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings. 

PARKING LOTS
Parking lots open two hours prior to the scheduled gate time.  If you want easier entry and exit, go for Premier Parking or VIP Parking.  Please enter via US-301 or MLK Blvd for general parking.  If you plan to park at the venue, you will need to purchase one parking pass per vehicle. Parking options start at $20 per vehicle for general parking and may be purchased online in advance. 

If you arrive prior to 3:00 PM The Florida State Fairgrounds charges a $20 early parking fee for general admission parking.

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS
Drop-off areas are located at the Martin Luther King Blvd entrance in the general admission parking lot. Let parking staff know you’re dropping off and they’ll show you the way. When picking up, arrive 45 minutes before the end of the show—you won’t be able to enter otherwise. 

LAWN CHAIRS
No outside lawn chairs will be allowed into the building.  Lawn chairs are available for rental for guests on the lawn.  Lawn chairs are available for rent for most shows and must be turned in at the end of the event. Our rental chairs are 27.6” wide X 27.6” deep X 30.5” tall. No other chairs are permitted inside the venue. To rent a lawn chair in advance, click on the "UPGRADES AVAILABLE" dropdown on dropdown on our upgrade page and select "Lawn Chair Rental".

BAGS
Clear Plastic, Vinyl, or PVC Bags (maximum size: 12"x6"x12")
Small Clutch Bags (6"x9")

MOBILE ENTRY

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY
We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to an information booth and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free). 

BOX OFFICE
Open on show days at 2:00 PM

THE MERCH
Find that coveted merch at our Concert Gear booths in the north and south plazas. For some events, you’ll find extra booths in the east plaza, west plaza, and in the lawn.

DESIGNATED DRIVERS
Our concessionaire offers free fountain sodas to guests that commit to be the designated driver for their party.  Please visit the Guest Services booth located in the east plaza.  RECYCLING You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue.
